Projet Afrique is an exhibition designed to showcase African innovation, creativity and enterprise within the framework of the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA). It will form an integral part of the Africa Prosperity Dialogues (APD) 2026, taking place from 4 to 6 February 2026 at the Accra International Conference Centre. The exhibition will celebrate African ingenuity and expertise across four key sectors: Creative Arts, Engineering and Technology, Agriculture, and the Automobile Industry, providing a vivid demonstration of Africa’s potential in driving the world’s largest single market.
Projet Afrique aims to be more than an exhibition; it will be a marketplace of ideas, enterprise and opportunity, achieved by bringing together women-led enterprises, youth innovators and SMEs under one roof, the exhibition will translate the principles of the AfCFTA into visible, practical outcomes, showing how inclusive participation can accelerate industrialisation, stimulate intra-African trade and create sustainable livelihoods. Their participation is critical not only to achieving the goals of Agenda 2063 but also to ensuring that Africa’s integration is people-centred and economically empowering.
Through this exhibition, the Africa Prosperity Network (APN) seeks to reinforce the message that Africa’s future prosperity depends on the creativity, productivity and determination of its women, youth and SMEs.
The Creative Arts section will reflect the continent’s cultural vitality, bridging traditional and modern expressions that tell Africa’s story of resilience and creativity. From Ghanaian kente weaving to contemporary design, it will demonstrate how culture itself can be a source of exportable value and identity within the AfCFTA. The Engineering and Technology section will spotlight the work of young innovators and tech entrepreneurs developing solutions in artificial intelligence, robotics, renewable energy and software design—fields that are redefining Africa’s place in the global economy.
In the Agriculture section, exhibitors will present modern and sustainable practices, from advanced machinery and agro-processing innovations to climate-smart techniques that promote food security and agribusiness competitiveness. The Automobile section will underline Africa’s emergence in vehicle design and manufacturing, with electric and hybrid models illustrating the continent’s growing technological capacity and commitment to green mobility.
